Verschil tussen common rail (CR)
en pompverstuiver (PV)

In sommige modelseries van Audi, Seat, Skoda en VW met een 2.0 TDI-motor wordt zowel de CR- als de PD-technologie toegepast.

De hard- en software van chiptuning van RaceChip is speciaal afgestemd op de desbetreffende injectietechnologie. Wanneer uw auto in de onderstaande lijst met desbetreffende modellen staat (bij alle andere modellen wordt in de 2.0 TDI slechts van een technologie gebruikgemaakt), is het belangrijk dat u bepaalt welke injectietechnologie in uw auto is ingebouwd alvorens het desbetreffende chiptuningproduct te kiezen. Daarom vindt u bij de betreffende modellen de toevoeging "CR" of "PD" na de motorcode.

Wanneer uw auto in de lijst staat en u weet niet zeker of het om de CR- of PD-versie gaat, volg dan gewoon een van de hieronder beschreven stappen om CR en PD te identificeren.

Identificatie via de motorkenletters:

De PD-versie bestaat uit 3 motorkenletters, de CR-versie uit 4 motorkenletters. De motorkenletters vindt u bijvoorbeeld op het datablad van uw serviceboekje of op de gegevenssticker in de motorruimte.
